We are on our way! We have now started the British Gas project for marketing and communications consultancy, Barber & Chandler, and it is all hands on deck for the next month. Whilst normal service is to continue at Dot HQ Nottingham, with plenty of t-shirt printing and promotional clothing being produced, a privileged few will have the task of collating the many products we are producing for British Gas, including life-size cut outs featuring employee’s Mums, mugs, mouse mats, flip charts, shelf wobblers and dry wipe boards for the ‘Keep Mum’ communications campaign. The campaign was recently ‘Highly Commended’ in the PR Week Awards and is being rolled out to 21 venues throughout the UK during November/December and who knows where this will lead us next…..

Dot are proud to be associated with the East Midlands Boccia competition which will be held in Matlock this weekend and thanks Pete Edwards for his continued support. Dot Promotional Clothing send massive congratulations to Robert Welbourn who won a bronze medal in the mens 100m freestyle S10 race at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi on 9th October. Well done Robert, you do the family proud!

DOT have printed cycling shirts for local digital advertising agency, Chemistry http://www.chemistrygroup.co.uk/ who have completed the Coast to Coast cycle route stretching 130 miles from Whitehaven to Sunderland. The team of 6 raised nearly £2000 for Macmillan Cancer Support http://www.macmillan.org.uk and St. Luke’s Hospice http://www.stlukeshospice.com/

To celebrate the release of the new Robin Hood film this month, all of the staff at Dot are going to be wearing green tights.  If you would like to see the men in action, come along and bring your t-shirt orders.  First come, first served!  And if you are lucky we may have some cakes from the bakery next door.

Dot have performed a hatrick over the past week.  We have produced work for 3 British teams: British Judo, British Gymnastics and GB Raft Race.

With London 2012 fast approaching, we are aiming for our portfolio of British teams to grow and grow.
