We have recently signed up two of our screen printers to the Government ‘Train to Gain’ scheme http://www.traintogain.gov.uk/ This involves work based learning and formal NVQ qualifications delivered in house on a monthly basis by Leicester College http://www.leicestercollege.ac.uk/, who specialise in manual carousel screen printing. As well as monitoring by a qualified trainer and assessor, the guys will have to produce written modules on all areas of the business. Good luck to Brett and Sam!
